Job Description

LB&B Associates Inc. is seeking qualified full-time and part-time Contract Instructor Naval Flight Officers (CINFO) for the P-8A Weapon System training at Naval Air Station (NAS) Jacksonville, Jacksonville, Florida.

Qualifications:  A CINFO must be or have been a P-8 Naval Air Training Operating Procedures Standardization (NATOPS) qualified Tactical Coordinator (TACCO) or have been a P-8 simulator instructor TACCO within the previous five (5) years.  A CINFO must have a minimum of one fleet tour in the P-8 and minimum of one tour as a FRS Instructor TACCO.  A CINFO must maintain a minimum security clearance level of SECRET.

Certifications:  A CINFO must successfully complete the P-8 NATOPS open and closed book exams for Navigator/Communicator (NAVCOM) and TACCO positions as well as a simulator procedural evaluation for both the NAVCOM and TACCO positions, and must annually renew and maintain qualifications with the FRS.  The minimum test and procedural evaluation scores will be established by the FRS.  The FRS Fleet NATOPS department will administer the procedural evaluation and the open and closed book exams.  The CINFO must demonstrate an understanding of the mission, aircraft operating systems and normal/emergency crew procedures required in the execution of the P-8 aircraft.
