Job Description

LB&B Associates Inc. is seeking qualified part-time Contract Instructor Tactics (CI) for the MH-60R Weapon Systems/Platforms training at Naval Station (NS) in Mayport, Florida.

Qualifications:  Contract Instructor Tactics (CIT) must be or have been a NATOPS qualified MH-60R Sensor Operator (SO) with a minimum of one fleet tour, 1000 flight hours in the MH60R. Seahawk Weapons Tactics Instructor and HSM Fleet Replacement Squadron Instructor. CIT will be required to instruct Tactical Operational Flight Trainers (TOFT), Weapons Tactic Trainers (WTT), Tactical Syllabus events for both Fleet Replacement Pilots (FRP's) and Fleet Replacement Aircrew (FRAC). CIT will be required to attend quarterly Tactics Standardization meetings.

Certifications:  All CI's must qualify in the MH-60R as an Airborne Tactical Officer and Sensor Operator, and annually renew qualifications with the Fleet Readiness Squadron (FRS). A previously designated MH-60R pilot must successfully complete the MH-60R Pilot NATOPS open-book, closed-book, and oral exams. A CI must be evaluated annually on tactical proficiency and attend semiannual tactical standardization meetings. A CI must demonstrate an understanding of the MH-60R mission and systems, crew procedures and coordination, tactics, threat systems, FRP and FRAC syllabus, curriculum change forms, and integrated shipboard systems.
