Job Description

LB&B Associates Inc. is currently seeking a Facility Coordinator for its contract to provide Audio/Visual/Photographic Equipment Support for the Defense Information School Fort Meade, MD.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinates maintenance actions with the 230k sq. ft. facility
• Oversees outside vendors and work orders
• Maintains facility files, plant and facility drawings
• Performs walk through inspections to identify emerging problems
• Performs preventive and corrective maintenance for smaller maintenance projects
• Must be customer-focused and dedicated to meeting customer expectations and requirements

Requirements
The successful individual must be familiar with basic facilities maintenance including commercial heating and air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, and janitorial services. This position requires a minimum of six (6) years of  recent experience as a skilled-trades worker, facilities coordinator, facility superivor, facility manager or related occupation.


High School Diploma or equivalency diploma required.
