Job Description

FTSS Joint Venture is currently accepting applications for an ISAR Analyst / Database Manager at its its contract to provide contractor instructor support of the Diversified Aircrew Readiness Training System (DARTS) and All-Sensor Advanced Analysis Training (AAAT) at NAS Jacksonville, FL. 

AAAT personnel support the following objectives: screening, analysis, Analog to Digital imagery conversion, ISAR/SAR/E-Optical Imagery Master Database and the ADAAP-passive Acoustic Database Projects maintenance and development collection, analysis of new potential training materials, research and development of new assigned multi-sensor training materials and multi-media courseware for future COI's. The AAAT's purpose is to: Schedule and conduct AAAT on-site training at selected LANT/PAC TOC sites to train level 100-300 TOC and MTOC personnel to a mastery level of competency; Prepare and provide all related technical, analytical and instructional support to the TOC/MTOC AAAT Project and the AAAT ISAR/SAR/E-Optical Imagery Master Database and the ADAAP-passive Acoustic Database Projects.

The ISAR Analyst/Database Manager shall have the following qualifications:

  • Demonstrated capability to operate and instruct in the applicable VP equipment/trainers and TOC/MTOC 2.1 gear sets.
  • At least a high school diploma or equivalent plus U.S. Navy AW/EW 'A' School, or either formal image/ELINT analysis course (i.e. NECs 7841/7861/7876/7873/8284/8296/9502).
  • At least four (4) years' experience with ISAR system operations, with extensive capabilities in image analysis / interpretation, be familiar with the APS-137 AN/ISAR system and processing requirements, and have knowledge of current fleet ISAR operations.
  • Three (3) years of TSC/MOCC or TOC/MTOC experience or combination thereof.
  • Experience as Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) analyst with familiarity in signal analysis / interpretation, be familiar with VP/VQ aircraft EW systems and processing requirements and have knowledge of current fleet EW operations.
  • Capable of supporting personnel in the implementation of the AAAT courseware management of the ISAR Database and as directed by the AAAT Program Manager.
  • A TOP SECRET security clearance.
