FTSS JV, a joint-venture between Dae Sung, LLC and LB&B Associates Inc., is currently seeking a Quality Control Engineer Manager to join our team of highly motivated professionals performing Maintenance and Facilities Engineering at the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) in Baltimore, MD.

This is a leadership position that requires hands-on management and quality monitoring of our maintenance processes, facility utility consumption and both short and long term planning with regard to major building equipment and systems. The successful candidate will be a hands-on self-starter who enjoys challenges and working in close contact with a team of professionals from various disciplines. The ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization is essential.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement solutions to facility mechanical and electrical problems/issues.
  • Serve as the primary technical liaison to our customer on facility engineering, and O&M issues.
  • Primary oversight of the CMMS system (MAXIMO), including adding, editing and deletion of CMMS generated PMs and maintenance of the equipment inventory.
  • Quality assurance for in-house and subcontractor performed O&M activity.
  • Serve as a technical resource to the Chief Engineer and other central plant operating personnel.
  • Initiate and manage subcontracts for O&M services that are not practical to perform in-house.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with (4) years of demonstrable achievement with progressively increasing responsibilities in facilities engineering assignments.
